Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt of order. If you have specialized needs for expedited shipping or processing, contact AV Wireless Technologies at (831) 338-2460 and we will do our best to accommodate your particular situation. For urgent orders, shipping within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment can usually be arranged for an additional fee, depending on product availability.

Returns due to defective products (a situation we have yet to encounter) are best initiated through contacting our office directly. In that unlikely event, we will expend every effort to quickly and efficiently remedy the situation.
